WHAT WE DO SHIPTER operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting two types of users: Senders (Customers): Individuals or businesses who need to send a parcel from one Delhi Metro station to another. Senders can book a delivery in minutes through the SHIPTER App by specifying the pickup station, drop station, parcel details, and receiver information. Our intelligent matching algorithm connects them with a verified Traveler Partner who is already traveling on the same route. Traveler Partners: Verified metro commuters who have completed our KYC process and are eligible to carry parcels on their regular metro journeys. Traveler Partners can earn money by accepting delivery requests that match their travel route, picking up the parcel from the sender at the pickup station, and delivering it to the receiver at the drop station — all as part of their normal daily commute. The entire process is secured through a dual OTP verification system — one OTP for pickup confirmation and one for delivery confirmation — ensuring that parcels are handed over only to the right people at the right time. 4. HOW IT WORKS For Senders: Open the SHIPTER App and select your pickup and drop DMRC stations. Enter parcel details including description, weight, and a photograph of the parcel. Enter the receiver's name and phone number. Choose your payment method — SHIPTER Wallet or Cash on Delivery. Confirm the booking and wait for a Traveler Partner to be matched. Hand over the parcel to the matched Traveler Partner using the pickup OTP. Track your parcel in real time and receive a notification when it is delivered. For Traveler Partners: Register on the SHIPTER App and complete KYC verification. Add your travel route on the App before starting your metro journey. Browse available delivery requests matching your route. Accept a delivery request and meet the Sender at the pickup station. Verify the parcel using the pickup OTP and carry it on your metro journey. Deliver the parcel to the receiver at the drop station using the delivery OTP. Earn money credited directly to your SHIPTER Wallet. 5. Our platform includes: Real-Time Matching Engine: Our intelligent algorithm matches Senders with Traveler Partners in real time based on route compatibility, availability, and proximity. GPS Verification: We use GPS technology to verify that Senders are physically present at the pickup DMRC station before a booking is confirmed, and to verify Traveler Partner locations during pickup and delivery. Dual OTP Security: Every parcel handover — both pickup and delivery — is secured through a time-sensitive OTP system, ensuring that parcels are transferred only between the correct parties. SHIPTER Wallet: Our integrated digital wallet allows Senders to pay for deliveries and Traveler Partners to receive and withdraw their earnings seamlessly. KYC Verification: All Traveler Partners undergo a rigorous identity verification process using Aadhaar Card and PAN Card before they are eligible to carry parcels, ensuring the safety and security of all users. Device Security: We implement device fingerprinting and phone number blocking to detect and prevent fraudulent activity on the platform. Firebase Infrastructure: Our platform is powered by Google Firebase, providing enterprise-grade security, real-time database capabilities, and reliable push notification delivery. 6.
