Delete Your SHIPTER Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and data.
Option 1 — Delete from App (Instant)
- Open the SHIPTER app
- Go to Profile tab (bottom navigation)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
✓ Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request via Email
Send an email to support@shipter.in with the subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Include your registered phone number or email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Gets Deleted
- Account profile (name, phone, email)
- KYC documents
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Parcel history
- Location data
- All personal data associated with your account
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Note: Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and fraud prevention purposes as required by applicable law, after which it will be permanently deleted.
